A minimal self-hosted
task manager for
one person.
I built SoloTasks to manage my own tasks and projects. I’m sharing it under the MIT license for anyone in the self-hosting community who finds it useful.

Features
What it does
- Kanban board
- Five columns, from Backlog to Done, with drag-and-drop tasks, descriptions and three priority levels.
- Projects and milestones
- Color-coded projects with separate boards. Tasks can belong to milestones, which have their own deadlines.
- Deadline calendars
- A compact deadline heatmap beside the board and a full monthly calendar with a project filter.
- Login, storage and backups
- A single personal login, persistent SQLite storage and automatic, verified backups twice a day.
